What happens if the government tracks down the citizens without court order? Today the wire-tapping is utterly easy through bank receipt and other electronic means. That would just blow everyone away as one thinks how easy it is to eavesdrop an American citizen. But does the government need to do wiretapping to ensure the society's security? Is it allowed to enter people's privacy while violation of private area is enshrined under 4th Amendment?
