The other day, I was in search of a specific case for my iPhone. The one I had been using was the best I ever had, but after a year it was pretty worn. I did a search and found several stores that had it, but only two had it in stock. I ordered from the lower priced retailer and waited patiently for it to arrive via Next Day Air which I paid for.
Unfortunately, that next day has yet to come.
I emailed the customer service address thats on the site, replied to the order confirmation I received and called their customer service number which is just a voice mailbox. Much to my chagrin, I never received a follow-up to any of my communications and Im still caseless.
