Biggest Letdown in the history of animated films!!!, period

Even back than I thought this movie wasn't faithful to the original cartoon, its more a film version of the T+J show from the 70s than the amazing shorts, I mean it doesn't have the same charm, plot, lovable characters and did I forget to mention Tom and Jerry speak (more often) Its a shame because back than we wern't expecting it to be this bad, god the opening was the only bit that felt like a T+J cartoon than the whole film 1/5

@diegoradoblasio Um, I don't know how you got the idea of me comparing the simpsons to tom and jerry i wasn't doing that at all, i was just using it for an example please actually read the comments and also yes it has to be extended, but with the same theme, most critics hated this movie, because the theme seemed like the exact oppisate of the theme the show had, was Tom and Jerry a musical? No, Was tom and jerry a drama type thing? no, did tom and jerry talk? no, did they kill each other? yes.

@kward711 aaaaaaaaaaaaaghghghghh, nononononononononononono listen you, we`re not talking about the simpsons, don`t compare it to tom and jerry, this is different the type of cartoons, i meant to say it had to be a story with big adventure but with the same slapstick things tom and jerry do and some critics gave a positive review (mainly for the music and the same charm of the characters), i hope you understand it and for the 2nd time ITS- MY- LAST- WOOOORD AND PERIOD.
