This is a trailer I downloaded several years ago before the release of MGS:TTS. It was originally shown at the 2003 Tokyo Games Show. A remake that's just as good as the original. Instant classics.

Every bit as good as the original. It's like a remastered movie. After playing the original back in the late 90's, it was a refreshing experience to play this remake. Exclusive to the GameCube.

The music was remastered and all of the original voice actors returned to create the remake. The only thing that really irritated me was the fact that during the death scene of Sniper Wolf, the music track "Enclosure" from the original game was not used. That took a ton of emotion out of the scene and ultimately out of the game.

i dont know why but on the main metal gear solid website someone wrote in the comments saying that when snake did that backflip and jumped on the hind d rocket shot someone said thats impossible for someone to do that shit even solid snake cant do that....the thing is whoever wrote that *coughs* cougarfoxdie23 must have some issues snake can do anything he'll never die even tho its just a video game lol XD

@showiproute i havnt played twin snakes but iv finshed all the other mgs games and still mgs1 on the ps1 is the best of em all just epic i wish they made this remake for the ps3

This game was a good remake except the voice acting. It was really bad since they changed some the old voices of the characters and even some actors that were in it didn't give such a good performance in the remake as they did in the original. Aside from the voices, this was a fun game.

it was no where near as good, the only good thing was the game play, they tried to make snake neo they tried to change the music and grayfox voice was changed and accents from naomi and mei ling were removed. i would prefer to play mgs in its original glory then play it where every scene has bullet time :S
