MASSIVE Skeena River Steelhead landed on fly

Today, I am the luckiest person in the world to shoot a video clip of this MASSIVE Skeena River summer-run wild Steelhead caught on a "tiny" fly...and I mean tiny...and after a fight of over half an hour the lucky angler, Chris Gilles, just gave him a kiss and threw him back. This was his first Steelhead ever landed. WOW to be so lucky.

Very nice fish good jod but the only thing i disliked is that the guide released the steelhead, the man who catch the steelhead should of ben the one released it.

Wow!!! Nice fish! And that dude can call himself a fisherman. Nice job on light equipment. I caught and landed an 8 pounder right where the Kaylem hits the Sheena. Tail walker... the most exciting fishing ever! Awesome video...thanks for uploading.

Wow that fish was so brite it almost looked like a hen? But I'll tell you what, I've caught them like that before. Usually long and skinny brite.
