The tablets were found in what's now modern day Iraq. Famous locations where a lot of tablets in ancient libraries were found: Sippar, Nippur and Nineveh. Sitchin used well over 800 Sumerian, Mesopotamian, Akkadian, Babylonian and Assyrian sources for this collection. He named this bundle of tablets he selected 'The Lost Book of Enki'

  • At 5:02, "Nergal to heaven its all-seeing eye raised." Ever notice the all-seeing, omniscient eye on the back of a one-dollar bill, in the capstone of the pyramid? Ekur=Pyramids at Giza, "House Which Like A Mountain Is." At 5:18, "Horon to defend his grandfather (Marduk/Ra) came; by her Brilliance (Inanna's) was his right eye damaged." Ever heard of the "Right Eye of Horus" or seen it depicted? Horon=Horus. It's all true!

  • western academia/scientific orthodoxy do not pronounce themselves on the subject (Nibiru & the Anunnaki)because there is nothing to argue against-Sitchin was one of the very few ppl to study intensely one of the most complicated and oldest(if not THE oldest)languages-Sumerian-the ONLY prominent academic scholar able to interpret them;Western empirical science would just as soon confine what the Sumerians/Akkadians/Assyrians consider their "history,"to the realm of mythology,as usual

  • @Opticalypso -- Thank you for your reply. I know that Zecharia Sitchin's work is contested (btw he died last October), that was indeed the whole reason for my inquiry about the authenticity of these texts. It becomes a little hard to know what to believe. Sitchin's work certainly speaks to the imagination and sounds plausible ... unless none of it is true and it is all made up by Sitchin.

  • @boomtao Theese are the enterpetatons of Zacharia Sitchin, who devoted almost his entire life to learn cuneform language, and enterpet more than 800 tablets.

Though the enterpetation have been contested on many accounts, it dont seem like anyone else in the "established society of scientists" wish to offer an alternate enterpetation... let alone any at all.

On my own account i think that the enterpetation is a bit colorful, but the overall message is undeniable.

  • Are these texts truly translations of the ancient sumerian tablets? I have read the whole thing up to halfway CH 11. If this is all authentic and true the implications are mindboggling! Can anyone attest to its authenticity and truthfulness?

  • I get really tired of this syntax.

Everything being stated with reversed subject, adjatives, nouns, etc...

Maybe it seems more "mystical", but it's a drag.

  • Good job !
