you talked about the end, I assume you mean the veggies as hazardous. The plan is SEED CONTROL, so if you are growing some "uncontrolled" veggie, it's seeds may "slip" into the market and could be dangerous.--that's how they sell that part of it when the time comes, AND IT WILL!
