@jets163yanks236: Agreed! Just the fact that it took so long to retire Klecko's #73 is an absolute travisty!

This dude was so fuckin nice but really underrated
-
yo he was live even wit da pats ran 4 over 14,000 yrds 4 n all time baby behind barry waltor n emmit
-
The only reason he isn't mentioned when people talk about the great RBs is because he didn't get into the endzone as often and his career ypc average is only 4.0
-
I think about same thing too. I guess they are waiting for him to be elected to the Hall. They should do it on opening day of the new stadium next year, better than doing in that dump named for the other team.
-
exactly. he only was in the league for 11 seasons and is forth in rushing all time. if he only had a fuller career you know? damn..

Very underrated. Going to be a sure hall of famer.Interesting info that i'd like to mention if no one knew yet. Only 2 runners have ran for 10 straight 1,000 yard seasons. One is Barry Sanders, no surprise. The other, None other than Jets fans favorite martian Curtis Martin. Heard he had a personality just like if not better than Walter Payton whichis amazing. Best running back by far in Jets history. Curtis Martin= HOF. If he didnt break his leg he could be in the top 3 runnig backs of all time
