Re: Under Valued Black Womens' Beauty Part 1 of 2

Basically a response regarding black women's beauty. There are a bunch of issues when it comes to this but I focus mostly on the weight because in my opinion that's honestly the biggest deterrent that people seem to have when it comes to dating black women.

Overweight and obesity

Being overweight or obese increases your risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, breathing problems, arthritis, gallbladder disease, sleep apnea (breathing problems while sleeping), osteoarthritis and some cancers. Obesity is measured with a Body Mass Index (BMI). BMI shows the relationship of weight to height. Women with a BMI of 25 to 29.9 are considered overweight, while women with a BMI of 30 or more are considered obese. All adults (aged 18 years or older) who have a BMI of 25 or more are considered at risk for premature death and disability from being overweight or obese.

These health risks increase as the BMI rises. Your health care provider can help you figure out your body mass or go to www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/calc-bmi.htm. Not only are health care providers concerned about how much fat a person has, but also where the fat is located on the body. Women with a "pear" shape tend to store fat in their hips and buttocks. Women with an "apple" shape store fat around their waists.

For most women, carrying extra weight around their waists or middle (with a waist larger than 35 inches) raises health risks (like heart disease, diabetes, or cancer) more than carrying extra weight around their hips or thighs. Fifty percent of adult African American women are obese. If you are overweight or obese, losing weight can lower your risk for many diseases. And physical activity is an important part of weight loss treatment. Try to be active (30 minutes most days of the week is best) and eat better to help prevent and treat obesity.

@Levi2Ethio21 I know two black males who are very educated and someone average looking(I'm straight btw but I just tell from women) and date white women these men attend School with me are in advance College course classes, not typical nerdy or anything but really smart and popular their also athletes so these,"GOOD" black men aren't interested in black women though I see some black women interested in them until they find out they are open minded. Mixed men overall no matter the country we prefer to stay away from black women, black women are simply not attractive no one really finds black women attractive besides ghetto prison inmates. @Levi2Ethio21 Actually I'm American idiot and I lived in other Countries in Europe(U.K. not one of them it's very trashy and overrated). Actually mixed men world wide statistically and realisticly marry non-black women and do not date black women. It's normal for us no one says anything about it because it's common. Tony Parker wife Eva Longloria, Vin Diesel never dated a black girl, Rick Fox is married to a white girl and only dated a mixed and white girl, exc. even the ones who look blk do.

@Levi2Ethio21 LOL. Wtf is a good black women? Even a,"Good" black women why would I want that why would anyone want that when I can get a good non-black women that's x100 better. Most people aren't physically attracted to black women and I'm one of them.

3.5 is not high. I got a higher GPA than that and I haven't even Finished High School I know several others who do as well African Boy. I'm pretty sure you get teased and called a monkey all the time.

Most of my records say multi-racial because my father had to fight for it. I came out and looked white I'm a quadroon, I look like a white guy with a tan and mixed exotic features some black and mixed hair. I am multi-racial. Most mixed men date and marry white women it's a well known fact. As for black men my grandfather was successful and rich before black males even had their full rights and he's married to a white woman.
