@lynnandian SHES NOT A GIRL ANYMORE,SHE IS A WOMAN because she completed puberty by 100% where she physically became a fully grown WOMAN.That is why at 18 the law says they're ADULTS. Sure they dont have the maturity level as OLDER ADULTS of 30, but that doesn't make them KIDS anymore for they are TEENAGE WOMEN that are mature enough to live on their own,have a job,pay the bills,get married,etc..A 13 year old is a teenage girl. a 17 year old is a teenage woman.
