When you say Podcast intro, I assume you mean it's just an intro for the live stream? You can't have a minute long intro for every video you upload here :P Ofc fading it out after 15 seconds or so, like you said, is a lot better for the videos you upload here

Honestly I find intros to Youtube videos to be very annoying, especially when you have videos like these podcasts that are only 2 minutes long sometimes. If I watch a whole bunch at once, it gets stale very fast.
