Common Law myths exposed

Why take a position? The commonlaw/freeman guys are taking a postion that they are free or sovereign . Why take a positon? If someone else is taking a postion that you are not free the best and only stategy is to ask them simple questions like.... when,where, why, and how did you get control/jurisdiction over me? The fact is nobody is free/sovereign. They have the guns, police, armies, and uniforms. The commonlaw/freeman/ucc guys are fundamentally wrong in their assertions.

Where is the myth concerning UCC guys? Subject,matter jurisdiction is in there codes. Contesting jurisdiction is common law and he is just pussyfooting around and sugar coating things. No contract no case bottom line.Cop asked me for an ID and I said no deal. Im still here scaredy cat.
