I made a mount for a Bosch Colt router and used it for milling this batch of electronics enclosures. 140IPM, 10deg ramp angle, ~28krpm, 1/4" carbide 2 flute end mill. Mach3 was set to 'exact stop' mode to avaoid rounded corners where they should be square. Worked very well compared to the 6000rpm milling spindle I normally use.
