Hey, Awesome video ^_^! I'm really crappy at maps and trying to get the hang on world making mostly for future reference. What are your opinions on programs like Campaign Cartographer and the like when it comes to map making?

@narutofanfic I have never used any such programs, so I can't say. Being an artist, I generally prefer to create things from scratch or my own resources whenever I can.

i made a(somewhat sloppy)map of my settings known world there are 3 kingdoms and the rest is wilderness:the united races (based off the holy roman empire inhabited by:elves humans eladrin half elves and gnomes) dracolia (based off celtic,viking,spartan,anglo saxon pick any it applies inhabited by: dwarves,dragonborn, golioths , and minotaurs)

and orcish tribes(Israel like culture but barbaric still very religious its occupants are obvious )

Wow you inspire me to keep doing my maps for my Fantasy world. Your techniques are very helpful for me as well. I always enjoy seeing fellow fantasy Artists doing what we do best. It's a lot of work to making a world like this but I got to say it sure is fun. Anyway keeping drawing you inspire me to keep making mine =D

love these maps. was thinking of making one for my kingdom ot Aztiran. The entire western coast is covered in ash and soot. It has been like that for more than 3 years and since then, not a sprig of grass nor a sapling of any tree has grown and no one has dare set foot there. The bodies and the stench is enough to keep anyone away, but it is said to be cursed by the unforgiving souls of those killed in the pyres. It is known as the PheonixScar. But, nothing rises from its ashes.

awesome! 4 out of 5! Originality I'd give 4 out of 5 because some it was a bit cliche'd, but otherwise the map is great besides the fact it isn't my style.
