i much rather like the grill on the vauxhall, i'd import that and get that slapped on this and then take off all the buick emblems and i'll be a happy camper!

Its not ugly, it looks better than the Insignia in my opinion plus its decent german build quality. good car

@RyaanM123 Maybe you don't know this, but the "Vauxhall Insignia" is an American car built by the same parent company that builds the "Buick Regal". You see, GM doesn't sell Vauxhalls here so they needed to rebadge it in order to sell it this country.

@Airox2009 they changed the front, if they kept the original Opel face it looks waaay much better tho

It's cheaper for GM to rebadge it as a Buick, since the brand already exists in the US. There's no saying that American's would be interested in what would be perceived as a new brand (Opel) In the US. They'd have to open Opel dealerships and establish a brand identity. Too much hassle and expense. This way is cheaper and easier.

@buickman85 - "The don't even look like buicks" - Thus the basis of their appeal. Finally, Buicks are secsay!! Those of us still in our 20's can now be seen in them! Way to go, Buick!
