GTA 3 Bug - a secret room

I found this while searching for a hidden package there. Just run into the wall and slightly to the left (if you press right instead you would end up in front of the signs) unfortunately there is no way out...
For those who don't recognize, it's in shoreside vale near the safehouse.
I didn't find it mentioned anywhere on the web so i decided to post this, maybe there are more of those "rooms" ?
