Ninja Gaiden 2, Vigoorian Flails Survival, part 1

This is part 1 of my Vigoorian Flails Survival.

This particular run is not my highest scoring run. A week after I made this video I finally beat Genshin and moved on to the second cycle. But my tactics didn't really change, only my luck on Genshin did, so I didn't make a full video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4NDr-gNkat8

This one I feel is a good demonstration of my strategy, as I reach 3 million by the end, and I only use one ninpo (the one you start with).

Wow, you always get a high score! I'm pretty sure you know this already but with the flails you can keep its ultimate going by pressing Y repeatedly. I was wondering how come you weren't doing this when you were doing his ultimate attacks?

Because it is a liability in Survival. The extra cremators don't do very much damage and they take a long time.

The time lost means you can lose major score by losing instant kill and killing spree bonuses, while also losing precious time on the green essence karma bursts. You are almost guaranteed to get a worse score if you use them when not necessary.
