Yoann Leroux is in the top 3 true Traceurs in the world and he paid us a visit at Gym-Ken Gymnastics. He plays hard, tricks high, and leaps of tall buildings, its no wonder his nick name is "The Zephyr".

The Zephyr was the gentle wind of the west and the interceder between the World of the living and the Underworld. Zephyr was the fresh wind who brought the spring rains that were so valuable for awakening the nature. Yoann awoke the Parkour Nature in all of us!

Parkour is defined on the World Federation of Parkour and Freerunning's (WFPF) Website as one of three possibilities. Moving from point "A" to point be in the most efficient, direct, or creative way possible. At Gym-Ken we let you choose the way you train.

If you want to use the least amount of energy by getting a ladder and climbing rope to get over the building in your way we support your choice. If you need to boost your strength so you can run up the building grab the top and muscle up and over we can help with the conditioning and give you a place to practice.
