The Friend-To-Friend Program invites you to be matched with someone in prison to visit once a month. Inmate participants are screened. Volunteer training and staff support are provided. You need not give your friend your home address. You're not asked to do anything you don't already know how to do; just be a friend to someone who needs one. Friend-To-Friend volunteers find this service a way to live out their faith. They also discover that, by providing this kind of direct help to people in need, they provide a valuable service to the community and the justice system. Finally, it is personally rewarding to know you're making a difference in someone's life.
