@Behindspace90 Im sorry to say this but you cant compare Arnolds days of bodybuilding to these new guys. Bodybuilding has come to a point where only 0.1% of the bodybuilding community even has a shot of reaching pro levels. Bodybuilding is harder and more advanced than it ever was before. So my point is that every little bit helps. The basketball thing definitely helped Phil to reach his bodybuilding goal. In the old days they did coke after they won a big show.... Sorry I don't like oldschool..

Hmm, I don't know about that? Arnold never did sports in his early years I believe? Correct me if I'm wrong though.
I would however still suspect that sports early on in life do something to your body, I'm not sure if it's helping in bodybuilding though. (Not hating or anything, I seriously don't know lol.)

@dunlea2k8 Exactly. Being very athletic at a young age will help you achieve your bodybuilding dreams later on. There's nothing worse than being a block of a bodybuilder like Markus Ruhl. Although he's still one of the best bodybuilders to walk this earth.

@TheManInBlack2003 He's 5.9. They said in the video that in his basketball days they lied about his height to make him seem more "dominant" I guess.
-
@TheManInBlack2003 Haha yeah, I know what you mean. Seems like all basketball players are super tall. But for what Phil lacks in height he for sure makes up for it in mass.
-
@pyk420biatch damn! lol that's crazy.. in all his vids he looks like he's over 6ft.. I guess all of them do... until you're next to them in person
-
@TheManInBlack2003 He is really about 5'9, I have met him twice once in Germany and once in Michigan.
-
@Ewahl91 yea..

@TheManInBlack2003 yeah. the announcers on tv kinda addressed that..
