Black and White are status, and have nothing to do with skin color or pigmentation in law. Only here in North America do most identify with a crayon. The Dred Scott case has proved that he was not in Propria persona. The civil rights act was ruled unconstitutional in 1883. Throughout history, we have been known as Moors.

Black, negro, colored, african american, african canadian, etc are wardship status.
