The women's S3 is the same as the men's S3, which is a narrower-waisted version of the award winning S7. These skis are 98mm, and have a powder style rocker profile, which makes skiing pow easy, and on the groomers they will be a bit more agile than the wider S7s (which are actually incredibly nimble in their own right). Because these are a bit narrower, they are a bit lighter and for that reason more easily accessible for intermediates. Additionally, the shedded weight of the S3 vs the S7 makes it an ideal touring ski, where you're going up half the time, and dont need the 115mm underfoot. But whether you end up using these for AT or Alpine, these skis are sick, and definitely a fan favorite.
