I HAVE FOUND THE TITLES/ARTIST OF THE SONGS! I did some maticulous lyrics googling and finally found someone posted a tiny bit of the lyrics to one of the songs along with the artist name and title of the song :)
The artist of the songs is the band Push Kings, except for the last song, and the song titles are:
1. The Minute
2. Sunday On The West Side
3. The Wild Ones
The 4th song is "Jade" by The Walking Hours (thanks to LetsBurnHoles for that info!!)

@TheZimino The body at the beginning of the video is the President's body -- you have to clear the game and beat the president to get it :)
