Argh guys this is such a touchy subject, Frankly I wouldn't care if you guys drove all over, I don't care about emissions, noise etc, its just the mess you make that annoys me. Please take care with my home countryside!! Its not just you that use it!

I agree with you over the "mess" comment - I and my friends DO TRY our utmost to NOT make a mess nor get in peoples way when we meet other users - open and equal access for all "considerate" and "responsible" users is what I think is correct

Thanks for watching it right through - except it is NOT a video just a collection of snapshots so breaches are going to be quite difficult to spot or prove - which they would be anyway since there ARE none. Apart from the pub carpark at the start and the gathering at the ford on a tarmac'ed road at the end you will NEVER see more than 4 vehicles together.

These are rights of way open to the public - the very public that pay to keep parts of the country viable because they couldn't survive without handouts. Do you honestly think the Peak District would be the place it is, the place you like without the money that is given to you by government, the money we pay and so we have a right to use what is available to us.

My argument, far from being 'baseless and groundless' is self evident. I don't approve of people driving over powered cars but I agree with you that this is a small percentage of emissions. Neither of your 'assumptions' about my 'gripes' are correct, so you can save your capitals and exclaimation marks and stop avoiding the real issue.
