what is wrong with "free" classes here, be it Yoga, or whatever is that you do not have the benefit of an instructor spotting you and advising you what you are doing wrong to prevent injuries to soft tissues or joints! Is not all about money saving. It cost you more if you have to go to PT because of injuries. If you already have the benefit of classes with an instructor and want to complement, then these videos should be ok. I already know of one person going to therapy due to this video.

@maurotupi You fail to understand that not everyone has access to a mestre. It's not like you can walk down the street & just find like 6 Mestre just waiting to teach someone how to do these moves. So what's the next best thing for those without money for lessons or acess to a friend who knows this.......Oh I don't know ....The internet & videos that teach can you. Might not be perfect, might not be 100% right but it still helps thoughs with an interest.

strange is this video in net, since when capoira can be played like that. i thought teach capoeira like that, by video, was not allowed. Here in Bahia I'm a bit sure the capoeira mestre will not like to see nothing like that. As is said up there, capoeira is much more than moviment, is axe.
