I have read that Crystal is supose to be a very high-end luxary line. However, after watching this video it really does not look much different then NCL or Celebrity? Is it just the service that makes this line so much superior?

@MissSamanthaBecker I think it's okay for kids - they have a small area for them, but I think other companies offer a better experience for kids...

I think companys like Celebrity have a very high standard. But there are many small things, which are better on the ships of Crystal Cruises. One example: the buns for the hamburgers are homemade :-) And: Starting in 2012 all the drinks will be included in the fare...
