Where can the rest of this be seen?

i am interested in either becoming an optometrist or a forensic scientist. But I'm really only interested in actually going to the crime scene and getting the evidence. Could you give me more information of what all the parts of the forensic scince is and what they do?? That would be great if you can. Please message me back

Completely true...I love the CSI Program but it is highly inaccurate in the methods of collection, maintaining the integrity of the scene and what you actually to do as a forensic scientist. But the point of the show is to be entertaining so the correct protocols of being a forensic scientist comes second.

I appreciate you saying, "if you don't like science, don't do forensics."
I agree 100% I hate when people have no clue what forensics is really about all the science and what not and they're like, Oh I want to be a CSI...it's not like the show. It's completely different.

why are you all saying csi shows are messing up things? how or why?
-
that's part of how they work
-
If someone sees a show about CSI investigations and think thats how they work then they are just idiots.
-
Haha! Oh media screws things up & over!

Yeah, these guys are a technical bureau. They deliver it to the lab for analysis. I know. I'm a forensic student. If you don't like science, don't do forensics.
It isn't the television shows that are to blame... it's the people who watch them and can't separate fact from fiction which are the problem.
