Wow - I'm really impressed. Impatience creeps up on me and I've never successfully shot ANY time-lapse photography. OH! I just remembered one year when we set up a still cam to take a pic every 30 seconds while we decorated a Christmas Tree - that was fun! (But I bet my hubby was responsible for it ;‹)
ANYWAY, YOUR FOOTAGE IS AWESOME!!!

Anytime. ;)

Viewing ourselves as the clouds would see us would be a good perspective for people to have now and then.
FYI, at 1:40 is the Saint Louis Science Center Planetarium.
You might have missed this due to the YouTube subscription bug, where some videos weren't showing up on your subs page. grr >:-{
I'm glad you found the video though. Thanks for stopping by!

Dude, how did I miss this? How?
Thoughts as I was enjoying:
"How frantic we must seem from heaven's perspective... so like bustling ants."
"Wow."
"Nature's purty nifty... and purty."
I loved the design in your shot from 1:40-42 and the rain at 2:27. Lovely captures once again, and thanks for sharing your "day" with us, BG!
The clouds were, indeed, glorious - I enjoyed the grass in the beginning too! Did you film this stuff? Where was the tee-pee located?

Yep, I filmed it. I collected video of clouds over the past year as time and chance permitted with the idea of making this. (Can you say obsessive?:) The tee-pee (and the grass!) were filmed at the Missouri Botanical Garden Shaw Nature Reserve, where I go hiking to look at wildflowers, butterflies, and birds. The tee-pee and a sod house are in the middle of a restored prairie and are used for educational programs.

Gorgeous! I enjoyed this very much. What do you shoot with?

Thanks! Happy to hear you liked it.
You might like my "Snow Day" video too.
I use a Panasonic PV-GS500, a nice little cam with full manual control capability--useful for videos like this one with changing light conditions. It isn't a HiDef camera, but it is certainly good enough for uploading to YouTube. :)

And now I have Joni Mitchell's "Both Sides Now" stuck in my head.
