I have been a puppeteer for over seven years... and I really thought this was a great video! My only advice is to work on the mouths of the puppets. In our ministry, we were always told to move only the bottom "Lip" of the puppet. When you talk, only your bottom jaw moves not your whole mouth. So when you do this with the puppet it gives it a more "realistic" look

I agree with the puppets looking up. But as for the sync...transferring it to YouTube actually had that effect....not sure why...but thats why it seems off...but thanks for the constructive comments....we love to get better.
