@tumsd923 I think you're confusing the 'alt' tag with the 'title' tag, the alt tag provides alternate text that will be displayed if the image cannot be (for whatever reason). The title tag is the one which gives the image a "name" and will make a tooltip pop up when you hover over it.

@G0dspeedYou It's mainly used as a fall back text if your image doesn't load for some reason.
