That's quite amazing that the guy who shows the movement clearly doesn't follow his own instructions, and to say frankly his technique is far from beeing perfect. Really when you make a tutorial please at least get semi proficient in what you are about to teach others.

no further than 90degrees means you don't have to squat all the way down to get the maximum jump.

I've only spotted to things wrong with the vid, 1. He doesn't actually look up when it says it should. 2. It says 'No further than 90 degrees', but his body is 45 degrees?

I know what he means but it's still wrong.

These aren't tutorials, they are guides. They are meant to show someone multiple angles so they can watch the movement. The little tid bits of information are just that, tid bits :)
