why? Deathstroke's real name IS Slade Wilson. in the teen titans TV show, he's not even called Deathstroke; he's called Slade. so there's really no reason Not to call him Slade.

@sonwukong666 Raven gets into that kind of trouble. Slade, Doctor Light, her father Trigon, these guys are all rapists in the comic books (though, to be fair, Slade only did it once, and Terra was willing).
