    I always have to juggle my drive letters each time I install windows, using that same management interface. My D: often starts off as E: and E: starts off as H: and it's crazy. lol

    Curiously, what are your PC specs? I've never had windows bug me about switching to a low color mode, even when recording videos. Your system seems to be running fine though, based on the smoothness of the video.

    I've been doing this too, my 640gb HDD is split into two partitions, 60gb of OS and rest for data. I take it a bit further tho, and I replace all the library locations to D:\ and relocate the 'documents' 'pictures' and 'videos' folders respectively so NOTHING saves to C:\ by default but %userprofile% stuff. ;)

    As for drive names, I get a little creative.. :)
