    1 tablespoon soy sauce

    1 tablespoon oyster sauce

    Ingredients:

    1 lb small pork rib

    4 cloves garlic,chopped

    1 red chili pepper,chopped

  • @scottskitchen you could eat the ribs with duck/plum sauce or the chinese hot mustard although i dont know if thats traditional.

  • These things are great but they get stuck in my teeth!

  • A very simple and tasty dish. I believe you used hopefully peanut oil to fry in.
