One more thing Rashid ad-Din Sinan AKA Al-Mualim was also a Muslim he was a leader he ordered the assassination of the king of Jerusalem so yeh alot of people are Muslims who are based within the game but no one knows the actual religion of the assassins themselves (Ezio and Altair) but all i know is that Altair Father Umar is a muslim for defo so there is like 80% chance of him being one since there is no mention of his mother properly. To be honest no one cares but i am just saying :-)

@KING5H4H I have the official encyclopedia. And Altaïr was trained as an Assassin's by the tenet, Nothing is true, Everything is permitted. It's means that nothing you know can be the right thing. Everything is permitted. It is permitted for him to believe whatever is true, but nothing is true, Therefor the Assassin's don't believe in anything. They don't believe there is a god but they also don't believe there is no god. Myself, i live by the Assassin's tenets, nothing is true.
