No plate, you just pour the flour liquid on to the cloth w/ circular motion. Make sure that the pot is boiling because the steam will make your flour cook! Good luck!

ok I got the big pot with boiling water, cotton or muslin like she said held tight with elastic my question is was there something on top of the muslin like a round steamer plate or some sort of plating on top of the muslin or was that just muslin/cotton you cook the rice batter on? plz someone help answer as I am dying to try to make these..I have to drive far to Asian store to buy the dried ones and these look fun to try to make at home plus if they turn out badly it's just lil rice lol
