Great dedication. Getting up at 4 a.m to go running, then training for the whole day. This is the sacrifice you have to do to achieve great things at any sport. To me, Mike Tyson is the greatest heavyweight of all time.

@StevenR74 He met Mike Tyson when he was 12-13 years old where he was 190lbs. At 15 he was around 205-210lbs.

honestly man people look at kobe bryants and michael jordans workouts as dedication..mike tysons workouts shits on all of em. no one had the dedication and discipline that tyson had in the sport of boxing. On paper tyson isnt the best heavyweight champ BUT if he followed the script and remained this tyson we are seeing in this video he wud of been 60-0, retaired as the undisputed lineal champ and be the greatest of all time no doubt in my mind

@paymanz1 - Teddy Atlas (Tyson's first trainer when he got with Cus) claims this every time he's interviewed and asked about how he first met Mike. I can't prove it but Teddy Atlas is a fairly reliable source. Mike was a huge kid and teased by the other kids at school, calling him "Big Head Mike" and "Mighty Joe Young". The teasing soon stopped ... All this information comes from Teddy Atlas. Bullying made Mike the fighter he became in my opinion.
