(1) Frame
(1) Engine
(2) Spool walls
(2) Pillow Blocks
(3) Sprocket hubs
(1) Sprocket
(1) Axle
(1) Roller chain
(1) Torque Converter or Centrifugal clutch
(1) Fairlead
(600') Rope
(1) Handle
(1) Splash guard
(2 or 4) Wheels
(varies) Bolts, nuts, and washers

  • @rugbychamp23 I can put together a parts package for your budget, it won't be enough to build an entire winch but it will get you started, I would urge you to consider going with the frame and spool unless you can build those on your own, then as you order more parts later on you can simply bolt them on
