Sweet Jesus that is brutal. The fact he goes ALL IN over the top with another player to come is even more sickening. I lost on the bubble in a tournament on Pokerstars tonight. AA vs QQ...he flopped a set and turned quads. Not only did I punch a hole in my door, but I also proceeded to tilt of over $200 in two hours. So, harleyquinn, if you play poker, at one time or another we have all had aces cracked...some stories are worse than others!! Yours is currently winning for me...

While it sucks that your aces got cracked, you can't be mad at the guy just because he went All In with a weak hand. He was bluffing and trying to buy the pot. It was part of his strategy, and even if he did get lucky, it's not fair to hold a grudge against someone just because they made an inferior play and won.

Unfortunately, when you play micro stakes, you run into people who simply don't give a shit and want to gamble with any two cards. All they have to lose is their meager buyin.

Bad beats mean that you are playing solid poker, so psychologically, it's better to put a positive spin on them. Focus more on the fact that you are making correct decisions instead of the results.
