He achieved level flight? What is the thrust of the boots? Is there any evidence? How do we know this is more then a slightly extend wing suit jump? This just looks really suspicious especially since I don't see further videos.

Has he ever achieved altitude gain using that combo? Was 6500' the operational ceiling for the jets he was using & his aerodynamics?

No, no altitude gain to date. No operational ceiling below normal skydiving altitudes (i.e. 14K).
