Hi I'm very interesting in chakras and my question is. Does chakras can help on your health?

@belemsr yes, my teacher who has "opened" up all 7 chakras has good health.  I myself am not too familiar with the practice of chakras. my main practices are the 4 immeasurables, 6 paramitas, and offerings of generosity, protection, resorces etc...

i have a question. when i make a relaxed balled fist i automatically put my thumb between my index and middle finger, i know that it's a mudra but i don't know the meaning. i'd like to know what it means =)

@marzgrapevine It is simply "Namo Amituofo" which roughly means "Homage to Amitabha Buddha" or "Infinite light, infinite life, infinite wisdom." Hope that helps!
