Main Frame (part two)

Raising the main frame and shed extension part two:

Wherein we see the second pair of "H Bents" going up and the addition of second floor joists.
I'm assisted by Timber Framer Bryan Felice and his friend Marty.

The Volvo excavator is operated by Howard Lethbridge with additional assistance provided by his son Greg.

It is so annoying when youtube muck around and you seem to lose the viewers, just because they cant get things right. But following the links with the responses is one way to get all of them noticed.

That was my thinking as well, and all three parts were essentially one massive editing job. Ideally I'd like to get all of my raising vids linked in chronological order so true masochists (and timber framing enthusiasts) can follow the process. I decided to sequence them in a playlist as well so I can post a single link on the timber framing boards I frequent.

That was awesome! I remember that day so well. This was the first time I really was "seeing" the house in my mind, room placement etc. I drove you crazy by asking what rooms would look like. After this day I could stand in my kitchen and look up and see the beams over my head that would one day hold my bedroom floor. It made it all real for me. Thanks so much for making all my dreams come true! (((hugs)))
