If a business discriminates against people, it will usually fail. If a private business wants to discriminate against a certain group, it should be allowed to do so but at the same time it will probably fail too.

America picks and chooses what it wants Uncle Sam to monitor and regulate. Some people want Uncle Sam to decide issues like gay marriage and abortion but they could care less on things like casinos and drug laws.

@ArtieLangeXM I am not a Ron Paul supporter. And I am well aware that the Supreme Court would find those kinds of laws unconstitutional. However, I still think that a private business has the right to choose its employees and its customers.

@ArtieLangeXM You mention law. Well, the law in Delaware for example once said that it was illegal for a black to marry a white and now the law in some states says that two dudes can marry. Freedom of choice is what America should be about.
