  • This man is completely lying. If you listen carefully to his body language and story, it is clearly a concocted story. He is not very good at lying at all. He looks like a total fool. Shifty eyes, red face, looking down, lots of "uums". Total lie 100 percent.

  • umm... Hmm Its called putting the car in NEUTRAL and depressing the BRAKE PEDAL.. Yea the car wouldnt accelerate after that... stupid people i swear. so helpless.

  • @doriftosil13 actually, if you listen to his 9-1-1 tape call, the operator BEGS for him to put it into neutral and/or shut it off over the course of 23 minutes, but he "conveniently" doesn't hear her. hmm... do you know how the officer got him to stop? he told him to press the brake and press the off button. sikes said that he was afraid to put it into neutral because he was afraid the car might flip over. very fishy indeed...

  • its a Toyota woldent be surprised if this happens.

  • Lol this is America! Land of the road rage and speeding! We all do!

  • his last name explains it all

  • i would look into who this "average driver" is before even believing his story, he could have easily been lying

  • I'm not defending Toyota, but this guy is one helluva contradictory piece of art.

  • Nice 2000 cases!!!

Safety analysts found an estimated 2000 cases in which owners of Toyota cars including Camry, Prius and Lexus, reported that their cars surged without warning up to speeds of 100 miles per hour.

  • Toyota admitted this was a problem!!!

A fix is in the works in the next few days for the 2.3 million Toyotas under recall, according to the automaker. Why would they recall 2.3 million if it was not a problem!! Hello people wake up!! Toyota & Honda suck Remember 911

Ford- $10 million to American Red Cross

GM- $10 million to American Red Cross

Honda- Nothing despite boasting of second best sales ever in August 2001

Toyota-Nothing despite claims of high sales in July and August 2001.

  • @vehlajatt22 well of course you would put it in neutral, and of course he's lying. you almost can't expect anyone to be that ignorant... but then look at the comments people are leaving here about a prius having anything to do with sexual preference. Idiocy exemplified.

  • There's no even evidence how the police stopped the car?

That was the part i wanted to see.
