The swing looks very steady, good for accurate shots, but lacks serious power.

man you need to get the club on plane...in the downswing you come from the outside you need to come from the inside

i´ll give you the answer if it´s not too late. keep your swing line!! you should move the club through a line parallel to your feet line, you will stop pulling it. keep doing the same, but change the line

I've been working on my irons too...it looks like you come over the top on the downswing? Shouldn't you lead with your hips and then let your arms drop on plane and through. Your address, takeaway and follow through looks pretty good! Good luck.
