Thanx for understanding multicultural value. And it is absolutely right that no matter how bad you are at speaking, if you have positive attitude, you can win the battle. Will sure try to show chile rellano, I tried once and my kids found it too spicy, and I found it very tedious just b/c it took lot of effort and time, ever since then I never tried but I have to tell that I really fell in love with chile rellano(I love all mexican dishes). So will try to show. Enjoy!

@SuperVeggieDelight Excellent recipe! And by the way. I love accents and the way different cultures pronounce words in english. My wife is straight from the island filippina since she was 13. I told her that if she stops mispronouncing english words, she has to go live with her mother to get her Tagalog accent back! In spite of her mispronunciations, she does very well in sales. Don't lose it! Keep up the good work and PLEASE, show us how to make an authentic chile rellano! In case you haven't
