I think this is a great video and glad they got it on here, I will be checking my bill every month for MISTAKES, that are clearly made by this company, and also if she is the director of operations she should be able to see all bills, I have called about my bill, and the front desk person tells me about mine, so in my opinion this worker is either lying or won't do her job, all this guy was asking is what am I paying for (power) but the amout is his question.

B.S. Im in business and I know his type he thinks that if he makes a big enough fuss he'll get he way. He is looking for something for nothing or trying to buy some more time. He was trying to intimidate that woman and know he thinks by putting a blog on y tube or going to the media that somehow he'll win a public relations battle. judgeing by the video he is only going to embarrass himself and look like a fool.

you need to stop judging and listen clearly to what is being said, he is asking her for information on where the money went he payed bluewater power, if your in business you should know when a customer payes them and they feel swindled, you need to tell them where there money went...RIGHT???? I would have made a HUGE deal if it was my money, they charge to much for what we get anyway, oh and as a Sarnia resident does that not make us share holders some how?

If I was a betting man I would say that bldjr7 works for or is related to someone at bluewater power but ill find out all you have to do is look up the profile then match the Ip to the poster, oh ya i forgot to say tey are people out there that have seen my records and talked to me. lets just say some one is trying to climb the corprate ladder
