I visited the Kennedy Space Center the day after I watched shuttle Atlantis STS-129 launch. This and watching a shuttle launch was one of my "bucket list" items to do. It was a great day. It was moving to think of the history made here. Humans ride a controlled explosion into space and sadly not all of them made it. It was a honor to walk in the footsteps of these true heros.
