  • Great Quality Matt

  • @RONxXxSQUID Hey, thanks. I appreciate it. Thanks for watching.

  • I think I need one of these... My M&P 45 has been sitting in the safe dirty for months because I was only in the mood to clean one gun. You would think this would be a no no because water could stay in the smallest nook if not dried correctly and rust your piece.

  • @CaFFeineSouLja I love buying tools. I look for any excuse. Harbor Freight has some good deals.

  • @CaFFeineSouLja It saves me so much time that I can spend a few minutes with the air compressor making sure every little corner gets dried and lubed.

  • @MyLATim No, I haven't. That would probably work too though. They come out really hot and the water evaporates really fast because of that. I just get paranoid that some little bit of water might be stuck somewhere.

  • @Mattsplat1975 Have you ever tried skipping the air compressor and placing them in an oven at low temperature?

  • @Mattsplat1975 i guess i need an air compressor too then... gives me an excuse to buy one lol

  • @BadWolf8333 It is a great question. With the heater on the ultrasonic cleaner the parts come out SUPER hot and dry very quickly. Nevertheless, I still give all the nooks and crannies plenty of oil and then spray them out with the air compressor to make sure no water is left at all. So, yes, I do oil the firing pin channel.

  • Excuse the stupid question, but do you need to put a light coat of oil in the firing pin channel, or do you just let it dry out?
