There are many ways to perform concentration curls.
Not mentioned in the video.... When you perform concentration curls this way, make sure you keep your arm completely internally rotated.
Keep your palm facing up and your wrist in neutral position to work your biceps.
Try to superset these concentration curls with any other type of biceps curl, or hamstring or reverse curls.
